  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $75
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.95
  • Express Shipping: $19.95

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status by clicking the tracking number in your email or by logging into your account.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your glasses, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Package your unused, undamaged item in its original packaging
  3. Include the return form provided in your original package
  4. Ship your return using the prepaid shipping label provided

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom prescription lenses that have been made to your specifications
  • Personal items like contact lenses once the box has been opened
  • Sale items marked as final sale
