Frame Warranty
All frames purchased from AffordablesGH come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material flaws
- Structural integrity issues
- Coating peeling or bubbling (for coated frames)
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Scratches that occur during regular use
- Lost or stolen frames
- Damage from improper cleaning or storage
Lens Warranty
All lenses purchased from AffordablesGH come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Coating defects (anti-reflective, scratch-resistant, etc.)
- Issues with prescription accuracy
What's Not Covered:
- Scratches from normal wear
- Damage due to improper cleaning
- Prescription changes after purchase
How to File a Warranty Claim
